As pilgrims of this world, we Christians are just passing through this world. This is not our home. And so we go on our trip.
We walk with others in this world. But they walk in different directions. Others think that whatever road we take, we will have the same destination. They think that even if we have different standards, they are all still going to heaven. While others say that the grave is their final destination and there’s neither heaven nor hell. But the words of God clearly states the reality of where we are going.
There was a saying, ‘the road to hell is paved with good intentions.’ That’s the other way of saying what was written on Proverbs, ‘there is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.’ (Proverbs 14:12). People always come up with seemingly sweet reasoning in traveling on the road of sin. However, there is only one way to go to the Father, Jesus Christ said:
“I am the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except through me.”
HAVE A SENSE OF DIRECTION
Be sure where you are heading. God is waiting for us to get where HE is. He sent His Son for us to know where we should be. He is inviting us to spend eternity with Him. One must believe in God to come to Him. We must know the Father. And the only way to know the Father is through Jesus Christ. Having faith in Christ will lead us to the Father. This means if we want to go to the Father, we must have His Son first. This is the first thing one should do.
DON’T TURN TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT
God’s Word is our map, compass, manual, and guide. One primary reminder to Joshua as he took the cudgels from Moses was never forsake God’s word. Worldly ways will be laid out before us, but His word will also be our light in our path. And even if we walk to the valley of the shadow of death, we should fear no evil. We will follow the path God has laid in front of us.

Our journey is not a lonely one. We travel as a family. Once a person decided to take the path of Christ, he is added to His assembly - the Church. During our journey, Satan will lay out traps and set up ambushes. Alone it will be very hard to withstand his different snares and wiles, but together we can stand strong. With the company of the saints, our Lord Jesus Christ is in their midst.

When Israel was brought out of Egypt, they didn't vote where they will go. The Lord raised Moses and led them to the Promised Land. In this end of the last days, the Goodman of the House was elected by the Lord to lead His elect generation in the Fourth Watch. He will prepare each one to be perfect in the coming of Christ. As he follows Christ, we should follow him.

We will witness about the loving kindness, goodness and greatness of the Father through Jesus Christ. Each one can personally evangelize individuals he comes in contact with.
